From start to finish he answered so many of my questions. I had LOTS of questions. I just like that he's always made himself available and never made any of my requests seem like too much. The finished product was absolute stunning. My fiance loves the engagement ring. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The buying experience was incredible. I'm happy that there is life time servicing available for the ring - cleaning, polishing, resizing, ect. I will be back for wedding bands.

Felix is extremely knowledgeable and kind. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase a particular product with him. He has a wide variety of diamonds available and is very patient in allowing a purchaser to look through many options. Felix was a awesome guy to work with. When it came to getting me a custom made engagement ring he got exactly what I wanted with super fast turn around. Also the price comparison to him VS others was almost half the price for a similar diamond.. I highly recommend him & Diamond Net.
