I was referred to this group by a few friends who were customers as well. Felix is a very approachable guy. He never pressured me to buy anything or up sell me. In fact when I wanted a platinum band he told me that I should perhaps consider white gold to keep the costs down. I ended up going with platinum anyway and he helped bring in a diamond for me from New York. Anytime I hit him up whether it's to do a plat stamp or to stop by he's never turned me down even though he's busy. He never said "no" to any of my requests and just always got the job done. From start to finish he answered so many of my questions. I had LOTS of questions. I just like that he's always made himself available and never made any of my requests seem like too much. The finished product was absolute stunning. My fiance loves the engagement ring. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The buying experience was incredible. I'm happy that there is life time servicing available for the ring - cleaning, polishing, resizing, ect. I will be back for wedding bands.

Best prices, best customer service, honest, trustworthy and flexible diamond specialist. Had my engagement ring, and both wedding bands made through Felix. This was of course after going to 4 others first. Diamond net is by far the best.

I was always intimidated of buying an engagement ring. I went to Felix. Got a absolutely stunning ring at a an amazing price. He's very honest, flexible and helpful. There is a reason why Diamond net has a 5/5 review. Felix is absolutely amazing!!!! He is honest, knowledgeable, super friendly and knows what he's doing. Many people will claim that they are diamond "wholesalers" but Felix is actually the real deal and his prices are the best in Vancouver. We shopped around a lot, many people are actually diamond brokers instead of wholesalers, there is a huge difference between the two. I can say with great confidence we received the best customer service and price from Felix. Not only is he honest but he doesn't try to pressure you into anything as seen from other people in the lower mainland. The quality of the product is also amazing. My engagement ring is to die for. We will definitely be using him again for all future diamond needs and highly recommend him for anyone searching for an engagement ring, wedding band, diamond earrings, loose diamonds etc. Thank you Felix!!!!!
