Felix! I am really happy to finally have met you :) and I am in so much awe, that it is difficult to put my gratitude into words. The thoughtfulness, care, and craftsmanship that has gone into the ring I received leaves me speechless. I truly feel as though I am walking around with magic encased in million year old rock. You were able to provide him with rare coloured diamonds, and bring to life a design he envisioned from his heart - I am humbled by its beauty and his declaration of love. Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). Felix was extremely patient and informative during my visit with him helping me select the ring of my choice and eventually helping me customize and design my engagement ring. Price and quality of his stones are beyond reasonable compared to market prices at brand name stores and he takes the time to educate you to find the ring/stone that suits your needs and budget.
