To start, we were unsure and indecisive on what exactly we wanted (shape, carat, colour, cut) and Felix took his time to explain every little diamond detail to us. When we started to look into loose diamonds, he took his time to carefully give us his professional feedback on each diamond and we found that super helpful. After deciding which diamond was the best for us, Felix helped us customize our ring design and we couldn’t be any more happier. The result and final touch was spectacular! The ring was PERFECT and exactly like how we imagined it to be. We were so amazed and we definitely will be recommending Diamond Net & Felix to our family and friends.

I got Felix's information from my brother whom just raved about this place. I really could understand why because he got a beautiful set of custom rings for his engagement/wedding. Seeing what he got, I knew I had to check it out when my time came. Few years later, with very little knowledge about diamonds I decided to go see Felix for my now, fiancé's engagement ring and wedding band. I can't say enough about how happy I was with this place. The entire process from start to finish was such a smooth process. I wasn't well versed on what it is that I was wanting to get and Felix walked me through the entire process and explained everything to me. The different choices that I could get and I ended up getting exactly what I had envisioned and Felix worked around my budget. My finance loves her ring so much and could not be any happier. Again, the service I was provided was impeccable. Felix took my vision and made me two beautiful custom rings while staying within my budget and in a very decent timeline. I think the best piece of advice I can offer anyone is if your debating on visiting diamond net, don't hesitate. You will by no means feel any pressure from them. Whether you end up purchasing from them or not they will still help you out and provide you with the information that your looking for. That to me is very important because a lot of places don't want to invest their time with you if you don't purchase something. Or they make you feel like you have to buy something. There is a reason why Diamond net has a 5/5 review. Felix is absolutely amazing!!!! He is honest, knowledgeable, super friendly and knows what he's doing. Many people will claim that they are diamond "wholesalers" but Felix is actually the real deal and his prices are the best in Vancouver. We shopped around a lot, many people are actually diamond brokers instead of wholesalers, there is a huge difference between the two. I can say with great confidence we received the best customer service and price from Felix. Not only is he honest but he doesn't try to pressure you into anything as seen from other people in the lower mainland. The quality of the product is also amazing. My engagement ring is to die for. We will definitely be using him again for all future diamond needs and highly recommend him for anyone searching for an engagement ring, wedding band, diamond earrings, loose diamonds etc. Thank you Felix!!!!!
