Seeing what he got, I knew I had to check it out when my time came. Few years later, with very little knowledge about diamonds I decided to go see Felix for my now, fiancé's engagement ring and wedding band. I can't say enough about how happy I was with this place. The entire process from start to finish was such a smooth process. I wasn't well versed on what it is that I was wanting to get and Felix walked me through the entire process and explained everything to me. The different choices that I could get and I ended up getting exactly what I had envisioned and Felix worked around my budget. My finance loves her ring so much and could not be any happier. Again, the service I was provided was impeccable. Felix took my vision and made me two beautiful custom rings while staying within my budget and in a very decent timeline. I think the best piece of advice I can offer anyone is if your debating on visiting diamond net, don't hesitate. You will by no means feel any pressure from them. Mitchell SabbeI was referred to this group by a few friends who were customers as well. Felix is a very approachable guy. He never pressured me to buy anything or up sell me. In fact when I wanted a platinum band he told me that I should perhaps consider white gold to keep the costs down. I ended up going with platinum anyway and he helped bring in a diamond for me from New York. Anytime I hit him up whether it's to do a plat stamp or to stop by he's never turned me down even though he's busy. He never said "no" to any of my requests and just always got the job done. From start to finish he answered so many of my questions. I had LOTS of questions. I just like that he's always made himself available and never made any of my requests seem like too much. The finished product was absolute stunning. My fiance loves the engagement ring. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The buying experience was incredible. I'm happy that there is life time servicing available for the ring - cleaning, polishing, resizing, ect. I will be back for wedding bands.
