Seeing what he got, I knew I had to check it out when my time came. Few years later, with very little knowledge about diamonds I decided to go see Felix for my now, fiancé's engagement ring and wedding band. I can't say enough about how happy I was with this place. The entire process from start to finish was such a smooth process. I wasn't well versed on what it is that I was wanting to get and Felix walked me through the entire process and explained everything to me. The different choices that I could get and I ended up getting exactly what I had envisioned and Felix worked around my budget. My finance loves her ring so much and could not be any happier. Again, the service I was provided was impeccable. Felix took my vision and made me two beautiful custom rings while staying within my budget and in a very decent timeline. I think the best piece of advice I can offer anyone is if your debating on visiting diamond net, don't hesitate. You will by no means feel any pressure from them. I wanted something custom made, oval 2+ carat, hidden halo, very thin, diamond covered band, and nothing on the market was what I was looking for. Felix custom made the most beautiful ring of my dreams!! I knew it was going to be gorgeous, but WOW it was even better than I had imagined! We shopped around to other name brand jewellery stores closer to our home so I could have an idea of what I wanted. Upon looking, the jewellery stores gave us prices. Diamond Net was priced wayyyyy better than competitors as you are buying direct from the wholesaler. It was so easy to book my appointment online and I went the next day! I spent about 45 minutes with Felix designing and going over the details and I wasn’t rushed or pressured.
